As a customer of The Posh Pony, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. We will not tolerate any abuse, harassment, threats or impersonations of our brand.
2. Customers agree that they have read our return/exchange policy and as such understand what they are responsible for as well as our responsibilities.
3. To create multiple accounts for the sole purpose of getting more coupons or impersonating someone you are not.
4. Finally, you agree that the products you are purchasing are to be used in their intended manner, those who use them in ways not intended may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
