Can I have free products to review?
- As a small business sending out "free" products take a lot of resources, and as such we do not send them out. If you feel like you fit into a category where we would benefit feel free to email us at shoptheposhpony@gmail.com
Do you sell Wholesale?
- YES! If you are a tack shop interested in selling our products please inquire at shoptheposhpony@gmail.com
Do you collaborate with other businesses?
- Of course! We got into this business with the intention to work with other like-minded and fabulous people. Inquire with us if you are interested in collaborating!
How long will my order take?
- Being a small, out of home business I don't have the luxury of a large space to keep products. Sometimes I have products "in stock" which are sent out immediately, however, please expect 1-2 weeks for shipment.
My product arrived broken, can I get an exchange?
- If you receive a faulty or broken item please reach out to us at shoptheposhpony@gmail.com, we can work with you to correct the issue. Please not we DO NOT offer refunds on products that are melted or crushed (donuts or cupcakes). We try our best to prevent this from happening, however once the package is out of our hands we are no longer liable for said package. If you have an issue regarding this please reach out to your shipping provider.
How long do my treats (donuts or cupcakes) last?
- Since our products do not contain any preservatives we suggest using the treats within a short time frame (up to 6 months) however, we highly suggest you keep all treats in the containers or an other sealed containers to prevent spoiling. Keep away from moisture and high temperatures. If kept well our treats can last up to 10 months. We are not responsible for our treats (donuts or cupcakes) after the 6 month time period.
