SHIPPING

Please make sure you double check your shipping information when placing an order. We are not responsible for checking if an address is correct or valid, however if we think something is wrong we will reach out. Shipping is an additional charge and can range in prices depending on box size and product weight. Our rates are live and can change according to the shipping companies. 

All products including treats are packaged so that when received they aren't broken or destroyed, however once a package is out of our hands we cannot control or be responsible for how it is handled by a shipping company. If you ever have an issue with your package please take a picture and send to the shipping company, you will have to fill out forms and information through them, we cannot open a case on your behalf.

For international orders we are not responsible for any additional charges or fees that you may receive, this may include duties or taxes as purchasing out of country is seen as importing.
